An order will “time out” if not paid and will be marked cancelled after a time limit is reached in the cart.
If it’s a debit card and your having issues, call your bank and ask them to allow the transaction in question. Sometimes banks will block online purchases for safety. And same thing, your billing information must match the bank info has on file. You may change your ship to address but the names still must match.
